This edition, classic but again decorative with a special bottle design was the project beginning of the brand – Kraljica Kornata. About 10 years ago, our family decision was to revitalize and renew neglected, forgotten olive trees. The result was this classic edition of the extra virgin olive oil, also originating from Trtuša field which is a part of the NP Kornati. The classic edition is a winner of many golden medals since 2010 both for design and for oil quality. The reason for purchase of this olive oil lies in the location specificity, ecological growth and processing, which differs from the usual on the market.
The classic edition of the extra virgin olive oil is characterized by pleasant tender sharpness that is intensified over time with a mild trace of scent of scarcely vegetated island grass and fresh herbs. Perfect for serving with white fish and sea delicacies, light meat, but due to its pungency it pairs with red meat and sauces in a special way.
